Job summary

CBRE Group, Inc. is seeking a Multi Skilled Engineer in Stafford to perform electrical and mechanical maintenance on plant, equipment, and building services.

You will manage risks, update drawings, and support a preventative maintenance program in a heavy industrial environment. The role requires fault finding on diverse machinery, experience with 3-phase systems up to 440V, and the ability to supervise contractors while liaising with site stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Recognised or time served apprenticeship in electrical or mechanical maintenance.
• City & Guilds 17th Edition or equivalent electrical qualifications.
• NVQ Level 2 in Electrical and Mechanical disciplines.

Responsibilities

• Identify and manage site equipment risks and update drawings.
• Maintain heavy industrial plants, machinery, and cranes.
• Fault find on a range of equipment and systems.
• Assist with PM programs and ensure safe operations.
• Write risk assessments and method statements as required.
• Supervise contractors and coordinate with Site Services.
