CBRE Global Workplace Solutions in Stafford is seeking a Multiskilled Operative to deliver day-to-day maintenance across site M&E systems, supervise subcontractors, and ensure CBRE and client paperwork is kept up to date. You will follow CBRE QHSE guidelines and maintain a safe working environment.
Key tasks include reactive repairs, planned preventative maintenance, and responsible use of spares, with on-call duties (1 in 3) and possible overtime.

CBRE Global Workplace Solutions, leading global provider of integrated facilities and corporate real estate management, are recruiting a Multi-skilled Operative to join the team located in Stafford.
Responsible for ensuring the day-to-day delivery of planned and reactive maintenance tasks on the Account. This will include the supervision of specialist sub-contractors and ensuring all CBRE and sub-contractor paperwork is up to date. Also ensuring that all Health and Safety procedures are followed as per the CBRE QHSE guidelines.
A good basic education is essential, with good written and spoken English and basic Mathematics skills.
Formally trained in mechanical services maintenance
Basic skills on building management systems would be an advantage
Formal health and safety training (Desirable)
Able to attend the site location within one hour of notification to participate in out-of-hours rostered stand‑by and call‑out procedures.
