Job summary

CBRE Group, Inc. in Bristol is seeking a Multi Skilled Engineer to perform electrical and mechanical maintenance on plant, equipment and building services within a heavy Industrial environment.

The role requires fault finding on various machinery, managing PM programs, and coordinating with site services while safeguarding Health & Safety and writing risk assessments, method statements and permits as required.

Qualifications

• Recognised apprenticeship or time-served training in electrical/mechanical maintenance.
• NVQ Level 2 in Electrical and Mechanical
• City & Guilds 236 Pt 1-2 Electrical qualifications to 17th Edition
• City & Guilds Mechanical qualification
• Experience with three-phase motors, drives and inverters.

Responsibilities

• Identify and manage risks on site; update drawings and PM schedules.
• Fault find on all types of machinery and support Health & Safety.
• Liaise with Site Services and coordinate with client on maintenance.
• Write Risk Assessments, Method Statements and permits as required.
• Work on three-phase systems up to 440V and handle hydraulic/pneumatic/electrical systems.
• Utilise CAFM to plan and complete maintenance tasks.
• Supervise contractors and deputise for Shift Leader as needed.
