Job summary

Cross Keys Homes Limited is seeking an Estate Ranger to maintain estates, carry out safety inspections and support residents across CKH sites in Peterborough. The role requires hands-on maintenance, gardening tasks and provision of on-site repairs while ensuring compliance with COSHH and health and safety standards.

You will manage site security, complete fire door checks, AOV testing and report issues for timely action by the Repairs Centre.

Qualifications

• GCSE standard of education required.
• Qualification or relevant experience within a trade background desirable.
• Experience with health and safety at work is essential.

Responsibilities

• Carry out estate and street inspections for disrepair and risks; report to the relevant department.
• Undertake gardening/maintenance tasks and post-inspections of external contractors.
• Provide handyman, caretaking and pest control services to blocks and estates, using correct COSHH procedures.
