Cross Keys Homes Limited is seeking an Estate Ranger to join our Rangers team at our Peterborough area offices. You will support a wide range of estate services, including repairs, garden clearance, HS compliance checks on flat fire doors, and on-site resident liaison.

You will help ensure estates are well maintained, safe, and aligned with CKH standards. You will work across CKH estates, carrying out inspections, coordinating with contractors, and reporting tenancy issues.

Qualificações

• Must have full UK driving licence.
• Willingness to undertake and maintain a basic DBS check.
• GCSE level education or equivalent.
• Trade background in maintenance/ repairs desirable.
• Knowledge of Health & Safety at Work.
• Experience interacting with the public.
• Experience using handheld devices.
• Knowledge of fire regulations.

Responsabilidades

• Inspect estates and streets for disrepair and risks; report findings.
• Assist in ground maintenance and compliance with CKH standards.
• Carry out weekly repairs and handyman tasks across sites.
• Provide caretaking, pest control and basic repairs in blocks and schemes.
• Manage site security, keys, access and contractor communications.
• Conduct annual fire door inspections and safety checks.
• Perform AOV and Emergency light testing; inspect playgrounds weekly.
