Job summary

The Guinness Partnership is seeking an Estate Assistant to join the Estates Team across Mortlake, Hammersmith and surrounding areas. You will perform gardening, grounds maintenance and cleaning of communal areas, ensuring high standards and a welcoming environment for residents.

As the on-site representative, you will build positive relationships with residents and contractors, report repairs and safeguarding concerns, and help maintain safe, attractive communities within a full-time, permanent

Qualifications

Proven professional experience delivering grounds maintenance across diverse sites and garden types.
Experience and knowledge of lawn, shrub and plant care.
Proven experience achieving high levels of customer satisfaction.
Ability to perform physical tasks within Health & Safety guidelines.
Ability to work effectively within a team with minimal supervision.
Knowledge of Health & Safety legislation, including COSHH and PPE.

Responsibilities

Carry out high-quality gardening, grounds maintenance, and cleaning of internal communal areas.
Ensure work meets agreed standards and keeps outdoor spaces tidy and welcoming.
Act as on-site Guinness representative and build positive relationships with residents, colleagues and contractors.
Report repairs, fly-tipping, graffiti and safeguarding concerns to maintain safe communities.
