Qualifications

• Must have 18th Edition Wiring Regulations certification.
• City & Guilds Level 2 and/or Level 3 in Electrical Installations or equivalent experience.
• Experience in building maintenance with M&E systems is essential.

Responsibilities

• Carry out preventative and reactive maintenance on buildings and equipment.
• Ensure health, safety, and compliance through documentation and inventory management.
• Assist in refurbishment and fit-out projects.

Skills

18th Edition Wiring Regulations certification

City & Guilds Level 2/3 in Electrical Installations

Previous experience in building maintenance

Manual skills and refurbishment techniques

Flexible and proactive approach

Familiarity with COSHH requirements

Interpersonal skills
