Qualifications

• Must hold 18th Edition Wiring Regulations certification.
• Experience in electrical installations or equivalent NVQs required.
• Experience with M&E systems in building maintenance is essential.

Responsibilities

• Maintain, install, and refurbish fabric and the equipment across the UK estates.
• Monitor building conditions and undertake repairs and renovations.
• Assist in planning refurbishment projects, requiring possible travel.

Skills

18th Edition Wiring Regulations certification

City & Guilds Level 2 and/or Level 3 in Electrical Installations

Previous experience in building maintenance

Manual skills and knowledge of refurbishment techniques

Flexible and proactive approach

Interpersonal skills

Full, Clean Driving License
