Qualifications

• NVQ Level 3 in Electrotechnical Technology is essential.
• 18th Edition qualification is essential.
• Around 2 years' relevant engineering/building services maintenance experience.
• Practical electrical engineering and fault-finding skills.
• Experience working independently within a technical maintenance or building services environment.
• Good IT skills and experience using a CMMS.

Responsibilities

• Carry out planned and reactive maintenance across building services and assets.
• Diagnose faults and complete repairs safely and efficiently within your technical capabilities.
• Undertake routine maintenance, inspections and servicing to keep systems safe and operational.
• Carry out asset replacements and support minor installation works as required.
• Respond to reactive maintenance requests and meet service deadlines.
• Complete risk assessments and safe systems of work before maintenance tasks.
