Haier Europe (Candy, Hoover, Haier) is hiring an IT Infrastructure Operations Manager to oversee local IT operations across the UK & Ireland and support European projects. The role focuses on workplace and end-user IT support, leading a dedicated team to ensure continuity and high service quality while aligning with Digital Technology European standards.

You will travel across UK & Ireland sites and European offices, with hybrid working from Birchwood Park.

Qualifications

• Experience in IT operations roles, with multisite support.
• Budget management, supplier management and contract negotiation.
• Server and network experience (VLAN, LAN, WAN) and telephony (VOIP/ACD).

Responsibilities

• Lead a local IT operations team across UK & Ireland.
• Ensure service quality, continuity and compliance with European standards.
• Travel to UK & Ireland sites and European offices as needed.
