Job summary

Streamlineservices, a seasoned freight forwarding and logistics business based in Tilbury, is seeking a Sales Executive to drive new business across multimodal imports and international freight solutions. You will build relationships with customers, prospect for opportunities, and collaborate with the sales and operations teams to deliver a seamless service.

Ideal candidates have a proven freight sales background, a strong network, and the ability to develop a diverse portfolio of import/export

Qualifications

• Proven background in freight sales and business development.
• Good understanding of international freight forwarding.
• Great knowledge of imports, including sea, air and road freight.

Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the freight forwarding sector.
• Generate new customers through prospecting and leads from the business.
• Develop business across FCL, LCL, airfreight and road freight.
• Target both import and export opportunities, with emphasis on imports.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
• Collaborate with the BDM and customer service teams for seamless handover of new business.
• Prepare competitive and accurate freight quotations.
