Freightserve recruitment are looking for a Multi-Modal Freight Operator for a busy well-established Freight Forwarder based in the Staines-Upon-Thames area. The role involves coordinating multimodal imports & exports with end-to-end responsibility, including airline bookings, customs entries, and liaison with overseas agents and customers.

• Experience in air/roadfreight imports.
• Customs entry experience.
• Strong telephone manner and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate multimodal imports & exports with end-to-end responsibility.
• Airline bookings and processing import/export documentation.
• Submit import/export customs entries.
• Quotations, pricing and invoicing clients.
• Handle multiple shipments and communicate professionally by email/phone.
