Job summary

Choco is seeking a Customer Care Associate to own issue resolution end to end for distributors, ensuring fast, reliable support in day-to-day operations across French and Spanish-speaking markets.

You will handle order flow, collaborate with internal teams, and improve support workflows while delivering excellent service in a fast-paced, data-driven environment. Working hours are Monday to Friday 9:00–18:00, with a daily unpaid lunch break.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in customer support or operations in fast-paced environments.
• Fluency in French, Spanish, and English (C1+ written and spoken).

Responsibilities

• Own customer issues from first contact through resolution across French and Spanish-speaking markets.
• Build and deliver fast, reliable support workflows used by distributors in day-to-day operations.
• Work through time-sensitive issues to keep operations running smoothly.
• Coordinate with internal teams and escalate when needed.
