Job summary

Circle National Enquiry Centre in Glasgow is seeking a Helpline Advisor (Bank) to join their team. This is a bank role working on an “as and when required” basis, you will be required to supplement staffing levels during busy periods and provide cover for existing staff in times of annual leave or absence.

You will handle high volume inbound enquiries via telephone, email and web-based platforms, consistently meet KPIs, and use CHG systems to book, re-schedule and cancel appointments.

Qualifications

• Previous experience working in customer service or sales roles.
• Proficient in using a PC and software/systems.

Responsibilities

• Handle high volume inbound enquiries via telephone, email and web-based platforms.
• Meet key performance indicators and use CHG systems to manage appointments.
• Liaise with Consultants, medical secretaries and staff to meet customer needs.
• Record data accurately across CRM systems and perform outbound calls when needed.
