You will spend time in shops across London, leading from the front, maintaining high standards, improving delivery performance and guest experience while supporting growth and local partnerships.

Qualifications

• Experience leading multiple shops in a high-volume hospitality or QSR environment.
• Strong commercial mindset with P&L, labour and cost control.
• Proven ability to coach, develop and inspire teams to succeed.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support five Yard Sale Pizza shops to deliver top operational performance, guest experience and profitability.
• Coach and develop management teams to build high-performing, accountable teams.
• Own sales, labour, food costs and overall P&L across shops and implement improvement plans.
