Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience as Multisite/Area Manager in QSR or hospitality.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the operational performance of two restaurants, ensuring both locations achieve targets.
• Maintain a strong in-store presence, spending four days per week across the estate.
• Manage weekly labour deployment and scheduling with strong SOS discipline.
• Coach, develop, and support General Managers to improve performance.
• Monitor cash controls, stock accuracy, and compliance to standards.
• Drive operational excellence through site visits, reviews, and hands-on leadership.
• Support the activation and growth of delivery sales across locations.
• Conduct weekly P&L reviews to identify profitability opportunities.
• Ensure brand standards, customer experience, and food quality are delivered consistently across sites.

We're looking for a hands‑on and commercially driven Multisite / District Manager to oversee two high-performing locations within a growing QSR business. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced multi-site operator who enjoys leading from the front, coaching General Managers, and delivering consistent operational excellence across a lean management structure.

The successful candidate will spend the majority of their time in-store, ensuring operational standards are maintained, teams are performing at their best, and both locations consistently deliver strong commercial results.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the operational performance of two restaurants, ensuring both locations consistently achieve operational and financial targets.
• Maintain a strong in-store presence, spending approximately four days per week across the estate.
• Manage weekly labour deployment and ensure effective scheduling through strong SOS discipline.
• Coach, develop, and support General Managers to improve performance and build high-performing teams.
• Monitor cash controls, stock accuracy, and operational compliance to ensure company standards are consistently achieved.
• Drive operational excellence through regular site visits, performance reviews, and hands‑on leadership.
• Support the activation and growth of delivery sales across both locations.
• Conduct weekly P&L reviews, identifying opportunities to improve profitability, productivity, and overall business performance.
• Ensure brand standards, customer experience, and food quality are delivered consistently across both sites.

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Multisite Manager, District Manager, Area Manager, or similar leadership role within QSR, grab & go, or branded hospitality.
• Proven experience leading multiple locations and developing high-performing General Managers.
• Strong operational knowledge with experience managing labour, stock control, cash management, and compliance.
• Commercially focused with the ability to interpret P&Ls and drive business performance.
• A hands‑on leader who enjoys being in the operation and supporting teams on the ground.
• Excellent leadership, coaching, and communication skills.
• Highly organised, proactive, and capable of managing multiple priorities within a fast-paced environment.
