Job summary

Bite Talent is partnering with one of the UK’s leading chicken QSR brands to appoint an Operations Manager who will oversee a portfolio of restaurants and drive strong commercial results. The role requires hands-on leadership, visible management in the field and a focus on sales growth, profitability and exceptional guest experience.

You will coach General Managers, build a high-energy culture and ensure food quality, safety and operational standards across locations.

Qualifications

• Proven multi-site operational leadership experience in QSR, hospitality or fast-paced dining.
• Strong commercial mindset with ability to manage a multi-site P&L.
• Track record of delivering sales, profit and KPI targets.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day performance of multiple restaurant locations with accountability for results.
• Coach General Managers to build high-performing teams and consistent service.
• Deliver against KPIs: sales growth, profitability, labour, costs and standards.
• Recruit, develop and retain talent, building succession pipelines.
• Analyse performance and translate insights into action plans to improve profitability.
