Job summary

Strategic Placements Ltd is seeking a multi-skilled tradesperson at levels 2/3 NVQ in Plumbing or Joinery to work on empty properties, carrying out repairs across several trades. You must have your own tools and a full UK driving licence. The role involves meeting target timescales and adapting to other trades as needed.

Candidates with 3+ trades experience and reliability will fit well, with uniform provided and competitive hourly pay.

Qualifications

• NVQ level 2/3 in Plumbing or Joinery or equivalent multi-skilled experience.
• Experience in 3+ trades and able to repair properties across several trades.
• Own tools and full UK driving licence required.

Responsibilities
