Job summary

MBC Contracts Ltd in Witham (Essex) is seeking multi-skilled tradespeople to join our office/buildings refurbishment team. The role covers carpentry, electrical, plumbing, and air conditioning across projects in the South-East, with scope to work independently on client sites or as part of a larger crew.

You should have Level 2 NVQ in a trade or at least five years' experience, be willing to work unsocial hours or away, hold a full driving licence, and be prepared for DBS checks.

Qualifications

• At least a Level 2 qualification in relevant field or 5 years experience.
• Able to do occasional unsocial hours/weekend work/working away.
• Full driving licence essential.
• DBS checks required if successful.
• Additional training such as First Aid/PASMA etc. given when required.

Responsibilities

• Work alone on clients' sites in and around the South-East.
• Be part of a team on larger contracts.

About the role

We're currently looking for multi talented, qualified tradespeople to join our Witham based Office/Buildings Refurbishment Company.

You must have a minimum of 5 years' experience or Level 2 NVQ Qualifications in one or multiple of the following disciplines: Plumbing, Carpentry and all-round multi-tradespeople to join our team.

The successful candidate must be able to work alone on clients' sites in and around the South-East as well as part of a team on larger contracts.
