Job summary

Reed Specialist Recruitment is seeking an all-rounder multi-trader with plumbing and carpentry skills to deliver a high-quality repairs service across our properties in the Home Counties patch RG SL UB TW KT GU.

You will hold a qualification in your primary trade with additional secondary trades, good customer care and admin skills, and enjoy working with people to find practical solutions. A van and power tools are provided, 25 days holiday plus pension and bonus schemes.

Responsibilities

ALL ROUNDER MULTI TRADERS WITH PLUMBING / CARPENTRY SKILLS

• TEMP to PERM Positions
• x2 positions available
• Location: Home Counties patch RG SL UB TW KT GU
• Van, fuel card provided
• 27.12 per hour Umbrella or CIS
• Good all round candidates with can do attitude.

• 40 hr week we have 2 start and finish times 8am - 4pm and 9:30am - 6pm

We're looking for a Multi-skilled and enthusiastic tradesperson able to deliver a first class repairs service across a variety of our properties in the Home Counties patch RG SL UB TW KT GU.

With a relevant qualification in your primary trade, and one or more secondary trades you will have good customer care and admin skills and enjoy working with people and finding solutions to problems.

You will be required to carry out the full range of general maintenance and new installation work to occupied and vacant properties whilst ensuring that Health and Safety procedures and safe working practices are adhered to at all times.

You'll be given protective clothing, a van to get you there as well as the specialist power tools you'll need. We also offer:
