Job summary
Niyaa People is seeking a Multi Trade Operative for a permanent role in Hemel Hempstead, carrying out responsive repairs in occupied properties. You will work with either a Plumbing or Carpentry bias and complete 2nd fix joinery, plumbing, plastering, tiling, and brickwork as required.
You'll need an NVQ Level 2 or City & Guilds in Plumbing or Carpentry, a full UK driving licence, and experience in social housing or responsive repairs. A company van, fuel card and 28 days’ leave are provided.
Qualifications
- NVQ Level 2 or City & Guilds in Plumbing or Carpentry.
- Experience in social housing or responsive repairs.
- Experience with 2nd fix joinery, 2nd fix plumbing, plastering, tiling or brickwork.
- Full UK driving licence.
Responsibilities
- Carrying out responsive repairs in occupied properties.
- Working with either a Plumbing or Carpentry bias.
- Completing 2nd fix joinery and 2nd fix plumbing.
- Carrying out plastering, tiling or brickwork as needed.
- Providing a professional service to residents.
