Moxie People are partnering with a well-established Housing Association to recruit a skilled Multi Trader in the Bracknell/Wokingham area. The role covers day-to-day repairs across occupied social homes, with carpentry and plumbing at its core.

You will hold a NVQ/City & Guilds Level 2, have social housing repairs experience, multi-trade capability, and a full UK driving licence. A company van, generous holiday entitlement, pension contribution and ongoing training are on offer.

Formación

Responsabilidades

• Carry out day-to-day repairs and maintenance in occupied social housing properties.
• Perform carpentry tasks: doors, frames, skirting, kitchens.
• Handle plumbing tasks: leaks, taps, sanitary repairs.
• Ensure work is safe and high standard; provide professional tenant service.

Salary: £38500 + £5500 in holiday pay ( if previously self employed)

The Role

• Carrying out day-to-day repairs and maintenance in empty social housing properties
• Carpentry work - doors, frames, skirting, kitchens
• Plumbing tasks - leaks, tap changes, sanitary repairs
• Patch plastering, tiling, and general making good
• Ensuring all work is completed safely and to a high standard
• Providing a professional and respectful service to tenants

What You'll Need

• NVQ / City & Guilds Level 2 (Carpentry preferred, Plumbing also considered)
• Experience within social housing repairs & maintenance
• Multi-trade capability (plastering, tiling, basic patch brickwork, etc.)
• Strong work ethic and ability to work independently
• Full UK driving licence
