Job summary

Nuco Solutions Ltd in Manchester is seeking an experienced Multi Trader to carry out day-to-day repairs and maintenance in social housing properties. The role involves working across occupied and void properties delivering high-quality trades.

You will use carpentry, plumbing, plastering, tiling, painting and decorating skills; a core trade qualification is desirable. A full UK driving licence is required and you'll join a permanent, full-time contractor with a competitive salary and benefits.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Multi Trader in social housing or property maintenance.
• Experience working in occupied properties.
• Full UK Driving Licence.
• Ability to work independently and manage workload.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Carry out day-to-day repairs and maintenance in occupied and void social housing properties.
• Complete a variety of trade works to a high standard: carpentry, plumbing, plastering, tiling, painting and decorating, patch repairs.
• Diagnose faults and complete repairs on the first visit where possible.
• Deliver excellent customer service while working within occupied homes.
• Ensure all work is completed safely and in line with company procedures.
• Accurately complete job sheets using a handheld device.

About the Role

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Multi Trader to join a well-established contractor delivering responsive maintenance works across social housing properties throughout Manchester.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Multi Trader within social housing, repairs or property maintenance.
• Strong skills across multiple trades with a core trade qualification desirable.
• Experience working in occupied properties.
• Full UK Driving Licence.
• Ability to work independently and manage your own workload.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
