Job summary

Cornerstone Project Source Ltd is recruiting on behalf of a leading property maintenance specialist for a Temporary Multi-Trader in Crawley, West Sussex. The role covers plastering, painting and carpentry across busy void properties, with a typical 7:30–16:30 schedule.

You will work on one to two properties per day, ensuring a high finish, and hold an NVQ Level 2 in Plastering with a Blue CSCS Card preferred. Immediate start on a temporary contract of a few months.

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 2 in Plastering is a must.
• Experience across plastering, painting and carpentry required.
• Blue CSCS Card preferred.
• Asbestos Awareness, Manual Handling, Working from Heights and Abrasive Wheels certificates preferred.
• Ability to work independently across multiple properties.

Responsibilities

• Internal plastering is the primary task on site.
• Paint and decorate across void properties.
• Carry out carpentry tasks as required.
• Work across one to two properties per day with high finish quality.

Rate: £27.00 per hour
Hours: 07:30-16:30 (8 hours paid, 1 hour unpaid lunch)
Duration: A few months
Location: Crawley, West Sussex

Duties

• Internal plastering is the primary task, forming the main body of work on site
• Painting and decorating across void/empty properties
• Carpentry tasks as required
• Working across one to two properties per day as directed
• Maintaining a high standard of finish throughout all trades

Requirements

• NVQ Level 2 in Plastering (required)
• Proven experience across plastering, painting and carpentry
• Blue CSCS Card (preferred)
• Asbestos Awareness certificate (preferred)
• Manual Handling certificate (preferred)
• Working from Heights certificate (preferred)
• Abrasive Wheels Certificate (preferred)
• Ability to work independently across multiple properties
