Job summary

Cornerstone Project Source Ltd in Crawley is seeking a Temporary Multi-Trader (Plastering, Painting & Carpentry) to join a leading property maintenance team. The role covers plastering on interior surfaces, decorating vacant properties, and carpentry tasks across one to two properties per day, ensuring a high standard of finish. Start date ASAP.

Hours are 07:30-16:30, Monday to Friday, for a few months. A suitable candidate will have NVQ Level 2 in Plastering and experience across trades; CSCS

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 2 in Plastering (required).
• Proven experience across plastering, painting and carpentry.
• Blue CSCS Card (preferred).
• Asbestos Awareness certificate (preferred).
• Manual Handling certificate (preferred).
• Working from Heights certificate (preferred).
• Abrasive Wheels Certificate (preferred).
• Ability to work independently across multiple properties.

Responsibilities

• Internal plastering is the primary task, forming the main body of work on site.
• Painting and decorating across void/empty properties.
• Carpentry tasks as required.
• Working across one to two properties per day as directed.
• Maintaining a high standard of finish throughout all trades.
