Job summary

18 Recruitment Ltd has a contract for experienced Multi Traders to perform refurbishment works in social housing across South East and South West London, including Croydon, Twickenham, Wimbledon and surrounding areas.

You will handle kitchen and bathroom refurbishments, general property improvements, and multi-trade repairs in occupied and void properties, with a core focus on plumbing, carpentry, plastering, tiling and wet room installs.

Qualifications

• Valid CSCS Card (Essential)
• Full UK Driving Licence (Essential)
• Previous experience in social housing
• Strong multi-trade experience
• Experience with kitchen and bathroom refurbishments
• Asbestos Awareness Certificate (Essential)
• NVQ in a relevant trade (Desirable)

18 Rec is currently recruiting multiple experienced Multi Traders on behalf of a well-established contractor delivering kitchen and bathroom refurbishment programmes across social housing properties throughout South East and South West London.

We’re looking for reliable, customer-focused tradespeople who take pride in their work and are looking for a long-term opportunity with excellent progression.

The Role

You’ll be carrying out refurbishment and improvement works in occupied and void social housing properties, including:

• Kitchen refurbishments and new installations
• Bathroom and wet room refurbishments
• General property improvements
• Planned maintenance and refurbishment works
• Multi-trade repairs and finishing works

We’re particularly keen to hear from Multi Traders with a core trade in:

• Plumbing
• Carpentry
• Plastering
• Tiling
• Wet room installations
• Vinyl flooring (including wet room flooring)

Requirements

• Valid CSCS Card (Essential)
• Full UK Driving Licence (Essential)
• Previous experience working within social housing
• Strong multi-trade experience
• Experience with kitchen and bathroom refurbishments
• Asbestos Awareness Certificate (Essential)
• NVQ in a relevant trade (Desirable)
