Job summary

Cornerstone Project Source Ltd in Crawley, West Sussex, is seeking a Temporary Multi-Trader skilled in plastering, painting and carpentry to work on-site immediately. The role focuses on internal plastering, finishing work across void properties, with painting and carpentry as needed, across one to two properties per day.

The candidate will work Monday to Friday, 07:30-16:30, for a few months at £27 per hour, with paid hours and potential safety certifications preferred, including CSCS, asbestos

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 2 in Plastering is required.
• Proven experience in plastering, painting and carpentry.
• Blue CSCS Card preferred.
• Asbestos Awareness certificate preferred.
• Manual Handling, Working from Heights and Abrasive Wheels certificates preferred.
• Ability to work independently across multiple properties.

Responsibilities

• Core plastering on site is the primary task.
• Painting and decorating across void properties.
• Carpentry tasks as required.
• Maintain a high standard of finish across all trades.
