MNM Property Services in London is seeking reliable Multi Traders to join our expanding team, carrying out reactive repairs and general maintenance across multiple boroughs.

You’ll work Monday to Friday, 8:00am–5:00pm, with trades including carpentry, plumbing, Decorating, plastering, tiling and more. A full UK manual driving licence and your own hand tools are essential.

Location: London – various boroughs

The role

MNM Property Services is a growing property maintenance contractor delivering reactive repairs, planned maintenance and refurbishment works across London and the surrounding areas. Our 3 London offices are located in Willesden, Chingford, and Wandsworth.

We're looking for reliable, hands-on Multi Traders to join our team, carrying out repairs and maintenance in residential properties across multiple London boroughs.

Whether your main trade is carpentry, plumbing, painting and decorating, plastering, tiling, flooring, or kitchen and bathroom fitting, we'd like to hear from you if you have solid practical skills and can confidently tackle a variety of property maintenance jobs.

Desirable experience

• Experience working in occupied residential properties.
• Social housing maintenance or responsive repairs experience.
• Experience working across multiple trades.
