MNM Property Services is seeking reliable Plumbers and Multi Traders to join our team in Wandsworth and surrounding areas. The role covers reactive repairs and general property maintenance across plumbing and a range of trades in residential properties.

Full-time, Monday to Friday, 8:00am–5:00pm, with overtime opportunities. We offer a company van, fuel card, mobile phone, monthly pay, private pension, training and development, and a wellbeing package.

Formación

• An ability to carry out a range of repairs to a good standard.
• Full UK manual driving licence
• Own hand tools
• Right to work in the UK
• Good communication skills and a customer-focused approach
• Reliability, organisation, and an ability to work independently
• Desirable experience in occupied residential properties
• Experience working in social housing maintenance or responsive repairs
• Experience working across multiple trades

The role

MNM Property Services is a growing property maintenance contractor delivering reactive repairs, planned maintenance and refurbishment works across London and the surrounding areas. Our 3 London offices are located in Willesden, Chingford, and Wandsworth.

We're looking for reliable, hands-on Plumbers and Multi Traders to join our team, carrying out repairs and maintenance in residential properties across Wandsworthe and the surrounding areas.

We'd like to hear from youwhether your main trade is plumbing, or anything from carpentry,painting and decorating, plastering, tiling, flooring, tokitchen and bathroom fitting.
