Job summary

MNM Property Services is hiring a Plasterer / Property Maintenance Operative in London. The role covers plastering and other trades across London and surrounding areas, with full-time permanent employment and a competitive hourly rate.

Responsibilities include attending reactive repairs, carrying out multi-trade maintenance, diagnosing faults, and maintaining high health and safety standards in residents' homes. A valid UK driving licence and own tools are required.

Qualifications

• Experience in property maintenance, repairs, construction, or a recognised trade.
• Ability to carry out a range of maintenance and repair works to a high standard.
• Experience working in occupied residential properties is advantageous.
• Social housing experience desirable but not essential.
• Full UK manual driving licence.
• Own hand tools required.
• Right to work in the UK.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Reliable, organised and professional approach to work.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Attend reactive repair and maintenance appointments.
• Carry out multi-trade repairs and maintenance works.
• Diagnose faults and complete repairs efficiently.
• Ensure all work is completed to a high standard and in line with health and safety requirements.
• Record materials used and work completed.
• Take before and after photographs where required.
• Report progress, variations, and any additional works identified.
• Deliver excellent customer service when working in residents' homes.

MNM Property Services is a leading property maintenance contractor providing reactive repairs, planned maintenance, and refurbishment services across London and the surrounding areas. Due to continued growth, we are looking for skilled and reliable Multi Traders to join our team.

We welcome applications from candidates with experience in any trade, particularly plastering but alsocarpentry, plumbing, painting and decorating, tiling, flooring, roofing, brickwork, kitchen and bathroom fitting, and general property maintenance.
