Job summary

Howells Solutions Limited is seeking a Social Housing Multi Trader in Cambridge to maintain and improve social housing properties.

You will conduct repairs across trades, primarily carpentry, respond to service requests, and ensure work meets safety and quality standards while delivering excellent customer service to residents. The role is permanent with a salary of £17-£19 per hour plus van and fuel card.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Multi in a social housing or similar environment.
• Relevant trade qualifications in plumbing, carpentry, or another related field (desired).
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations and compliance.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
