Job summary

Fortus Recruitment Group is currently recruiting for a Multi Trader to join a Kent-based site-based team. You will carry out trades with a focus on residential properties, handling plumbing, tiling, decorating, carpentry and general maintenance.

The role offers a daily rate of £180-£200, requires own van, a DBS check and asbestos awareness certificate, and includes a company van and fuel card. Working hours are 42.5 per week with weekly pay.

Qualifications

• Experience in residential properties required.
• Own van is preferred or required.
• Asbestos awareness certificate and DBS check are required.

Responsibilities

• Carrying out trade tasks in residential properties.
• Performing plumbing, tiling, decorating, carpentry and lock changes.
• General maintenance such as door adjustments and window handle replacements.

Kent- mainly Rochester, Gillingham and maidstone

We supply candidates from executive to operative level and are currently working with a contractor who are looking for Multi Trader's based Kent.

The Maintenance will include aspects of the following skills:

• Plumbing
• Tiling
• Decorating
• Carpentry and lock changes
• Flooring
• General Maintenance such as replacing window handles easing and adjusting doors

Requirements (Skills & Qualifications) of a Multi:

• Experience in residential properties
• Good social skills
• Good customer service
• Asbestos awareness certificate
• DBS check
• Drivers Licenses
• Qualifications desired
