Job summary

Build Recruitment Limited is seeking a Multi Trader for a Temp to Perm contract in North West London. The role involves carrying out repairs across multiple trades with a 42.5-hour week and an hourly rate of £22 CIS, plus van and fuel provisions.

Candidates should have multi-trade experience in domestic or council housing, hold a full UK driving licence, and demonstrate high-quality workmanship and customer service in tenant properties.

Qualifications

• Experience working as a multi trader within domestic/social housing/council property repairs.
• Good all-round skills across multiple trades.
• Full UK driver’s license.
• Ability to carry out repairs and maintenance works to a high standard.

Responsibilities

• Carrying out a range of repairs and maintenance works across multiple trades including carpentry, plumbing, patch plastering, tiling, and decorating.
• Diagnosing faults and completing repairs to a high standard.
• Making good after works completed.
• Attending properties and ensuring all work is completed within agreed timeframes.
• Providing excellent customer service when working in tenanted properties.
• Ensuring all work is completed safely and in line with health & safety regulations.
