Job summary

Fortus Recruitment Group Limited is seeking a Multi Trader to work mainly on void properties in the Home Counties, including Hertford. The role covers plumbing, carpentry, brickwork and plastering tasks, with typical duties in property maintenance and repairs.

Qualifications

• Repair and maintain plumbing, carpentry, brickwork and plastering tasks.
• Assist with general housing maintenance duties as required.

The Company:

We supply candidates from executive to operative level, and are currently working with a Housing Association who are looking for Multi Traders based in the Home Counties.

Day to Day:

• Property maintenance

Skills required:

• Plumbing – stopping leaks – unblocking WCs/sinks/etc.
• Carpentry – changing locks / repairs to frames/ overhauling doors.
• Some brickwork repairs.
• Patch repairs to plaster.
• Decoration
