Job summary

Nuco Solutions Ltd in Wembley is recruiting an experienced Multi Trader to join a busy social housing repairs and maintenance team. The role covers reactive repairs in both occupied and void properties across North London, with work spanning carpentry, plumbing, plastering, tiling, painting and general making-good tasks.

You will diagnose and complete repairs to a high standard, work to set timescales and housing KPIs, and ensure accurate job sheets and resident-facing service.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Multi Trader.
• NVQ Level 2 in a relevant core trade.
• Strong skills across at least two trades.
• Full UK driving licence and good customer service.

Requirements:

• Social housing or property maintenance experience
• Full UK driving licence
• Good customer service skills
• Ability to work independently and manage a daily workload
