Job summary

Interaction Engineering is seeking a reliable Multi-Trader to work across residential and commercial projects. You’ll carry out general building, maintenance and refurbishment works with a focus on quality and attention to detail.

The role offers ongoing opportunities and a chance to contribute to a variety of projects. The ideal candidate has a proven multi-trade background, is punctual and professional, can work independently or in a team, and may hold CSCS or related qualifications.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a multi-trader / multi-skilled tradesperson.
• Good range of practical building skills.
• High standard of workmanship.
• Reliable, punctual and professional.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Full UK driving licence preferred.
• Own tools preferred.
• CSCS / relevant qualifications advantageous.

We are looking for a reliable and experienced Multi-Trader to join our team and work across a variety of residential and commercial projects.

The Role

You’ll be responsible for carrying out a range of general building, maintenance and refurbishment works. We’re looking for someone who takes pride in their work, has good attention to detail and can work independently to a high standard.

Duties may include:

• General building and maintenance
• Plastering and patch repairs
• Painting and decorating
• Carpentry and joinery
• Tiling
• Basic plumbing
• Basic electrical work
• Kitchen and bathroom repairs/refurbishments

• General property maintenance

Requirements:
