Job summary

Moxie People are partnering with a well-established Housing Association to recruit a reliable Multi-Skilled Operative for repairs across occupied homes in the Windsor, Slough, Bracknell and Wokingham area.

The role focuses on carpentry and plumbing with additional multi-trade tasks, delivering quality workmanship while treating every property with care and respect. A stable, long-term opportunity with benefits is offered.

Qualifications

• NVQ / City & Guilds Level 2 (Carpentry preferred, Plumbing also considered).
• Experience within social housing repairs & maintenance.
• Multi-trade capability (plastering, tiling, basic patch brickwork, etc.).
• Strong work ethic and ability to work independently.
• Full UK driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Carrying out day-to-day repairs and maintenance in empty social housing properties.
• Carpentry work - doors, frames, skirting, kitchens.
• Plumbing tasks - leaks, tap changes, sanitary repairs.
• Patch plastering, tiling, and general making good.
• Ensuring all work is completed safely and to a high standard.
• Providing a professional and respectful service to tenants.
