Job summary

Build Recruitment Limited is seeking an experienced Multi Trader to join a busy reactive maintenance team, carrying out repairs and maintenance within occupied social housing properties across Croydon. This role offers a hands-on opportunity to deliver high-quality workmanship and strong customer service in tenants' homes.

Key duties include carrying out reactive repairs across multiple trades, such as carpentry, basic plumbing and wet trades, and completing repairs to doors, locks, skirting,

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Multi Trader or Multi Skilled Operative within reactive maintenance.
• Previous experience working within social housing or occupied properties.
• NVQ Level 2 or equivalent trade qualification.
• Full UK driving licence - no more than 6 points

Responsibilities

• Carry out a range of reactive repairs and maintenance within occupied social housing properties.
• Complete works across multiple trades, including carpentry, basic plumbing & wet trades
• Carry out repairs to doors, locks, skirting, architraves, kitchens, flooring and other general property maintenance.
• Diagnose and complete repairs efficiently, ensuring work is completed to a high standard.
• Work safely and professionally while providing a high level of customer service to tenants.
• Complete all required paperwork and job updates accurately.

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Multi Trader to join a busy Reactive Maintenance team, carrying out repairs and maintenance within occupied social housing properties across Croydon
