Build Recruitment is seeking an experienced Multi Trader to join a busy social housing maintenance team covering the Kingston area. The ideal candidate will have strong multi-trade skills and a proven track record in residential repairs.

You will carry out carpentry, plumbing, plastering, painting and decorating across social housing properties, diagnose faults, and deliver high-quality workmanship with excellent customer service.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Multi Trader within property maintenance, ideally within social housing.
• Strong, well-rounded skills across a range of trades.
• Ability to carry out a variety of repairs independently and to a good standard.
• A full UK driving licence.
• Good communication skills and a professional, customer-focused attitude.
• Ability to manage workloads and work effectively with minimal supervision.
