Job summary

Nuco Solutions Ltd is recruiting an experienced Multi trader to join a busy social housing repairs and maintenance team in Haringey, London. The role involves carrying out reactive repairs across occupied and void properties with duties spanning carpentry, plumbing, plastering, tiling, painting, and general making-good works.

The ideal candidate will have proven multi-trade experience, strong skills in at least two trades, and experience in social housing or property maintenance, plus a full UK

• Social housing or property maintenance experience.
• Full UK driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Carrying out reactive repairs and maintenance in occupied and void social housing properties.
• Carpentry, plumbing, plastering, tiling, painting and general making-good works.
• Diagnosing and completing repairs to a high standard.
• Working to agreed timescales and housing KPIs.
• Completing job sheets and reporting works accurately.
• Providing a professional and respectful service to residents.
