Job summary

MNM Property Service is seeking a Multi Trader to join our growing team in London. You will perform reactive repairs and general plumbing work across residential properties within the Greater London area, with a full-time, permanent contract.

Role requires experience in reactive repairs, a full UK driving licence, own tools, and reliable, punctual communication. You’ll work Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm, with overtime opportunities and a company vehicle provided.

Qualifications

• Experience in reactive repairs.
• Social housing experience (advantageous).
• Full UK driving licence (manual).
• Own tools required.
• Right to work in the UK.
• Reliable, punctual, and good communication skills.
• Other trade skills are a bonus.

Responsibilities

• Attend reactive maintenance jobs
• Accurately record measurements & materials
• Take before/after job photos
• Report back on job progress & issues
• Recommend materials for future work

We are a well-established housing maintenance company looking for an experienced Plumber to join our growing team. You’ll carry out responsive repairs and general plumbing work across residential properties in London.

Pay & Benefits

• £16-£18 per hour (DOE)
