The position offers a salary of £37,000–£38,000 per annum with overtime opportunities, a van and fuel card, uniform provision, and 20 days’ annual leave plus 8 bank holidays.

Day to Day:

• Property maintenance

Skills required:

• Plumbing - stopping leaks - unblocking WCs/sinks/etc.
• Carpentry - changing locks / repairs to frames/ overhauling doors.
• Some brickwork repairs.
• Patch repairs to plaster.
• Decoration
