Job summary

Nuco Solutions Ltd is seeking an experienced Multi Trader for an ongoing temporary contract across North London. You will carry out general maintenance and repair works within residential properties and bring a strong all-round skill set to the role.

The position covers planned and reactive maintenance, fault diagnosis, and working in occupied properties while delivering high standards of workmanship and customer service, with emphasis on safety and compliance.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Multi Trader in social housing or property maintenance is desirable.
• NVQ in a relevant trade is required.
• Good knowledge of general building maintenance and repairs.
• Ability to work independently and manage a daily workload.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Full UK driving licence preferred.
• Tools and PPE are required.
• Right to work in the UK.

• Complete carpentry, basic plumbing, plastering, tiling and general building repairs.
