Job summary

Howells Solutions Limited is seeking a skilled Social Housing Multi Trader for Kingston and surrounding areas. The role involves repairs across carpentry, plumbing and painting, with emphasis on high-quality maintenance and resident-service excellence.

You will respond to service requests, ensure compliance with health and safety rules, and collaborate with a team to meet project goals. Temporary to permanent contract with umbrella-pay of £23.00 per hour, plus a van and fuel card.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Multi in social housing or similar environment.
• Trade qualifications in plumbing, carpentry, or related field (desired).
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations and compliance.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Carry out repairs and maintenance across trades, mainly carpentry, plumbing and painting.

We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Social Housing Multi Trader to join our dedicated team in the Kingston and surrounding area.

Job Description

As a Social Housing Multi, you will play a crucial role in maintaining and improving social housing properties. Your responsibilities will include:

• Conducting repairs and maintenance tasks in various trades, including plumbing, painting, and general building maintenance however mainly Carpentry.
• Responding to service requests in a timely and efficient manner.
• Ensuring all work is completed to high-quality standards and in compliance with relevant regulations.
• Collaborating with other team members and contractors to achieve project goals.
• Providing excellent customer service to residents and addressing their concerns with professionalism.

Qualifications
