Job summary

Nuco Solutions Ltd is recruiting for experienced Multi-Traders / Void Operatives to support the housing voids team in the Ellesmere Port area. The role is contract-based and involves 40 hours per week with a company vehicle provided.

Responsibilities include carrying out general repairs, completing multi-trade works, and ensuring properties are ready for re-letting within the required timeframe while adhering to health and safety standards.

Requirements

• Previous experience in social housing maintenance or void property works.
• Strong multi-trade maintenance skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage workloads effectively.
• Good understanding of health and safety requirements.
• Reliable, with the ability to meet deadlines and quality standards.
• Full UK driving licence, subject to company vehicle requirements.
• NVQ in relevant trade
