Job summary

MMP Consultancy in Surrey is seeking a Multi‑Trade Operative to carry out repairs and maintenance within occupied social housing properties across the Surrey area.

You will perform carpentry, plumbing and basic plastering, diagnose issues, and complete damp and mould repairs, working up to 7 jobs a day with a van and fuel card provided.

Qualifications

• Carry out a wide range of multi-trade repairs in social housing properties across Surrey.
• Work independently and manage a daily workload (up to 7 jobs per day).
• Diagnose and resolve maintenance issues across multiple trades.
• Ensure high-quality damp and mould repairs with minimal tenant disruption.

Rate: £23.62 per hour (Umbrella)
