Job summary

Midland Heart Ltd is seeking experienced Multi-Trade Operatives to join our in-house Maintenance Team. You will work across 35,000 homes in the Midlands, diagnosing and completing a broad range of repairs and special projects to a high standard.

Expected to handle carpentry, plumbing, plastering, and decorating tasks, delivering right-first-time workmanship, while communicating effectively with tenants. A full UK driving licence is required.

Qualifications

• Strong experience in their primary trade and practical skills across additional trades.
• Ability to diagnose repairs and deliver high workmanship quality.
• Full UK driving licence required.

• Maintain and repair 35,000 homes across the Midlands.
