Job summary

Skilled Careers is seeking an experienced Multi Trader to maintain social housing properties across Greater London. You will perform planned and reactive repairs, ensuring homes are safe and well-maintained while delivering excellent service to residents.

Responsibilities include carpentry, plumbing, tiling, plastering, painting, basic brickwork, and record-keeping. A full UK driving licence and the ability to work independently are required.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Multi Trader within social housing, domestic maintenance, or property repairs.
• Strong skills across multiple trades, carpentry preferred as core trade.
• Ability to work independently and manage workloads effectively.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Full UK Driving Licence.

Responsibilities

• Carry out day-to-day repairs and maintenance in occupied and void properties.
• Complete a range of trades including carpentry, plumbing, tiling, plastering, painting and decorating, basic brickwork.
