Midland Heart Ltd. is seeking skilled Multi-Trade Operatives to maintain 35,000 homes across the Midlands.

You’ll diagnose and complete repairs across occupied and empty homes using your primary trade plus additional trades, delivering quality workmanship. Expect a stable, permanent role with a Base salary of £39,200 per year, enhanced out-of-hours pay, potential bonuses, a company van and fuel card, tools, and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in your primary trade and ability to work across two or more trades.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Full UK driving licence.
• Safety-aware with adherence to site safety practices.

Responsabilités

• Diagnose and complete a broad range of repairs across occupied and empty homes.
• Use primary and additional trades to deliver quality workmanship.
• Take ownership of jobs and resolve repairs right first time.
• Support customers and maintain safe, tidy sites.
