Multi-Trade role covering Nottinghamshire, paying £35,000 per year, with door-to-door travel time paid. This means the typical salary is around £35,000, but depending on your driving distance, you could earn up to £40,000 per year.

This is a permanent Multi-Trade role working across residential properties, carrying out a mixture of joinery repairs and general property maintenance. You’ll be working on both void properties and reactive repairs, helping to get homes ready for occupation and keeping properties safe and functional. Multiple positions are available due to a growing workload, making this a great opportunity for an experienced Multi-Trade looking for long-term, permanent work.

As a Multi-Trade, you will be:

• Completing joinery repairs and installations within residential properties.
• Carrying out general property maintenance and repairs.
• Working on void properties to prepare them for occupation.
• Completing reactive repairs across residential properties.
• Carrying out making-good and general remedial works where required.
• Travelling to properties across Nottinghamshire.
